The College has a healthy practice of following the participative management style to involve employees and stakeholders in decision making. Participative Management is followed at the strategic, functional and operational level.

☛• The Governing Body is the apex body. Commissioner is the Chairperson.

☛ • There are various statutory and non-statutory bodies to plan, implement and oversee activities of the college.

☛• To tap the collective wisdom of the staff and students, committees with co-ordinators are appointed. It underscores the policy of the College to groom leadership at all levels.

☛• Feedback mechanism is in place to elicit suggestions in every aspect of governing the college. Feedback from Staff, Teaching, Non-teaching & Support staff, Students, External Experts, Industrialists and Alumnae is taken, analyzed and Action Taken Report generated.

☛• The Non-teaching staff are on certain committees to provide input on finance, planning and evaluation.
